Mediaset Distribution launched Donnavventura and Guerrilla Gardens at NATPE Budapest
Manuela Caputi, head of Mediaset Distribution, launched two new spin-offs from the celeb Mediaset’s brand Donnavventura at NATPE Budapest.
The first one is called Donnavventura Challenge and is totally feminine, as the team is composed by women, beautiful and courageous with the aim to win a contract as reporter for a famous magazine. They travel and find new exotic places around the world with the goal to win a full-time job. The show is also an opportunity for all of them to visit and discover new exotic places. The other spin-off is titled Master Adventure and it’s another reality adventure but in the first phase the 2 teams are composed by men and by women. The compete against each other but after the first round there is a twist, the new team is composed by the winners, male and female. Both spin-offs were born out of the long running brand Donnavventura which was aired by Canale 5 for 28 seasons. The new series is an adventurous expedition of an all-female team, which embarks on an exotic journey across a country with the aim to win a one year full job as a reporter for a prestigious magazine. The women travel and discover new scenery, culture and tradition but in each episode of girl is voted off by the TV viewers. Another format launched at NATPE Budapest is factual entertainment Guerrilla Gardens (6x30’) which airs on digital channel La5. It’s a branded entertainment show in which two pairs compete in challenges around gardening and floral creation for a special person. The winning duo gets a training course in floral art. For the scripted side, Mediaset Distribution presented the 2nd season of drama series Solo per amore/For Love Alone (40x40’) aired the first time in 2015 and on air with the 2 season of 10 episodes in May.
