Kanal D International announced today that it has closed a number of deals for its original drama series with European broadcasters.

After conquering Latin countries, the well-known drama Fatmagul has been licensed in Spain for the first time. The premium drama Matter of Respect, produced by D Productions, was licensed in France. At the end of 2016 romantic comedies, Sweet Revenge and Love of My Life were licensed in Italy.

The sales division of Kanal D also teased its international partners with plans for a star-studded fall season featuring Kenan İmirzalıoğlu (Ezel, Karadayı) İbrahim Çelikkol (Intersection, Mercy), Engin Akyürek (Black Money Love, Fatmagül) and Halit Ergenç as Cevdet in Wounded Love’s season 2.

Farah Zeynep Abdullah (Magnificent Century: Kösem, Time Goes By) and Elçin Sangu (Love for Rent, Time Goes By) will be leading in new dramas and Bergüzar Korel as Azize in Wounded Love’s second season.
