You read it first! Armoza confirms pan-Balkan version of The Four
Armoza Formats has today announced a pan-Balkan license of their primetime singing competition series The Four. As CEETV reported first last month, the first season of the local adaptation is set to air on PRVA in Serbia and Montenegro, and will also air in North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Produced by the region’s leading production company Emotion, The Four will begin airing in the fall of 2019.
Most recently it was announced that the hit format has been commissioned for a 2nd season in Brazil on Record, as reported by TVBIZZ. Developed and produced by Armoza Formats, in The Four (90-120’), for the first time on TV, four superstar-quality singers will be presented in the season premiere, starting where other music competitions end. Selected by the panel of top music industry judges, only the best will make the cut and live like VIPs from the start. But they shouldn’t get too comfortable, because in a singing competition more extreme and more exhilarating than any other, in every episode they will have to battle talented newcomers trying to steal their seat. Anyone can become a contestant at any time via submissions on the dedicated app, but only the best will be able to challenge the four. Avi Armoza, CEO of Armoza Formats, “We are thrilled to be working with Emotion Production to bring a new adaptation of The Four to these new territories. Viewers across the region will connect to this thrilling format that offers a unique twist on the most loved elements of singing competitions.” RELATED
