MONICA NEEDS LOVE

The young and charming romantic Monika (Skaistė Vievesė) is going through a rough patch - her love life is crumbling. However, her mother Sophia (Regina Varnelytė) is trying to reconcile Monika with Vitold, the son of rich parents. But Monika is already in love with another man. The problem is that Rokas (Josif Baliukevich) is married. But is this really a barrier for love? In addition, the filthy rich, elderly businessman Benas Dambrauskas (Ramūnas Šimukauskas) is starting to fight for Monika's attention too. Monika is in one step to a carefree, luxury life. Or maybe Monika should listen to Kazys Babarskas (Aidas Barkauskas), who was her admirer at the school? What should Monika do? Her friend Silva (Kristina Radžiūkynaitė) is also on the verge of change: after the break up with her boyfriend Arijus, she encounters Vicka, an emigrant who just can’t live without her. Monika's father Kasparas (Dainius Kazlauskas) is in love with the lone editor Paulina (Gintarė Latvėnaitė) and makes promises to Paulina that he will divorce his wife, but always delays the fateful decision until Paulina lacks patience and sets out to meet her rival.
