Assistance in medical equipment for the healthcare centers in Serbia and a cash donation in the amount of $1 million have been delivered to the Serbian Government. Thus, United Group has fulfilled its promise to the citizens that it will help them fight the Coronavirus successfully.

'In addition to the superhuman efforts of all employees of medical institutions, who were saving lives, we hope our donation has contributed to the fight against COVID-19. Thru our company Serbia Broadband (SBB), we paid a total of $570.000, provided 250.000 masks, 8800 tests, 440 thermometers and 7000 safety glasses. The delivery of the last portion was completed and the medical equipment was arriving throughout the entire month of April.
In addition to the 1-million-dollar donation, we've purchased yet another 221.500 masks for the needs of the medical staff worth 67.000 USD, which are to arrive in mid-May and donated 600 liters of alcohol to the Clinical Center in Kragujevac. We regret to say that while we were among the first to order and pay for the equipment on March 15, United Group's humanitarian campaign remained somewhat 'hidden' from the eyes of the public and 'ignored' by the State officials and media close to the authorities with organized attacks aiming to deny any kind of support to our citizens.

It's impressive that the authorities were fully aware of the assistance our company provides to Serbia but that they have also misled the general public. We are convinced that the Serbian citizens know exactly how to recognize the sincere solidarity of all individuals and companies that have provided humanitarian aid. United Group has donated a total of over $3 million to help citizens of 7 countries in the region fight the pandemic. In addition to Serbia, aid has also been delivered to Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Bulgaria,' the company's reps concluded.
