“Portraits" of athletes defending Ukraine on various fronts are broadcast daily during the live marathon on the public TV channel UA:Pershy. These are short stories of Ukrainian athletes about how they bring Ukraine closer to victory in the war.

Viewets can already see the story of the winner of 8 ATP titles, tennis player Serhiy Stakhovsky, who has been defending Ukraine as part of territorial defense since the first days of the war. On the eve of the war, Serhiy officially ended his professional career as a tennis player and is currently defending Ukraine with weapons in his hands. Also among the heroes are the winner of the World Championship and 2019 European Wrestling Champion Oksana Livach, the 2016 Paralympic Fencing Champion Andriy Demchuk, the bronze medalist of the 2020 Olympic Karate Games Stanislav Goruna.
