Planet TV has started airing special charity episodes of the quiz Millionaire (Slovenian version of Who Wants to be a Millionaire) which will raise money to help those affected by the war in Ukraine, the channel informs.

Popular Slovenians will be sitting on the hot chairs in pairs in front of host Jure Godler. Former skier Alenka Dovžan and Tomi Meglič vocalist of the alternative rock band Siddharta played in the first episode.

In the upcoming episodes, Olympic medalists Gloria Kotnik and Tim Mastnak, the musicians Matjaž Jalen and Omar Naber, ski jumper Špela Rogelj and rapper Challe Salle will also participate in the show to test their knowledge and win some money.

To help Ukraine, the viewers can also donate by sending a short text message to the number 1919.

The quiz Millionaire airs every Monday and Tuesday at 19.45 on Planet TV.
