Romanian and Ukrainian nets air football charity game

The charity football game Match for Peace StopWarInUkraine between CFR 1907 Cluj and Ukrainian Dynamo will take place on April 20 at 21.30h at the Stadionul Dr. Constantin Rădulescu in the Romanian town of Cluj-Napoca. The event will be broadcast by Romanian TV channel Prima TV and platform Primaplay.ro, Ukrainian broadcasters 2+2, 1+1 International, Dynamo Kyiv TV, M1, online TV platforms 1+1 Video, Kyivstar TV, Vodafone TV, YouTube channels FootballHub, Dynamo, TSN and UNIAN.

This will be the third match in a series of charity events aimed at raising funds to support Ukraine. Thus, all proceeds from ticket sales, as well as donations that will come during the television broadcast, will be used to solve the biggest humanitarian problems that have arisen due to the full-scale war in Russia in Ukraine. In particular, the financial collection will be made to the official accounts of the NBU of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, and the funds will be used to meet food needs and accommodation of refugees and citizens who left their homes due to hostilities, providing them with clothing and footwear, provision of medicines and medicines; providing the population with basic necessities, providing one-time financial assistance, meeting other priority needs of human life, etc.

As at the opening of charity matches in Warsaw, in addition to football players, the participants in the event in Cluj-Napoca will be Ukrainian artists known around the world - Ruslana, Julia Sanina (The Hardkiss), Kateryna Pavlenko (Go_A) and DOROFEEVA. A 10-minute mash-up of cult songs by artists and compositions that have become a symbol of the Ukrainian confrontation will be presented to the audience.

Participants in the artistic performance will be guests of the stadium - Ukrainian women, grandmothers and children who were forced to temporarily leave their homes due to the war and who are currently sheltered by Romania.
