The Russian propagandist All-Russian State Television and Radio Company is going to open branches in the occupied territories of Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia oblasts, IMI reports quoting the LPR-controlled website LIC.

Details of the process are still unknown, but Russian officials say it will open up "additional opportunities in the communications field."

VGTRK is a Russian state media holding that spreads propaganda against Ukraine and the Western world. Propagandist Dmitry Kiselyov is the VGTRK's deputy director general.
