Rabbit International, the distribution arm of the Monday Media Group, announced yesterday a string of commissions for their original studio gameshow format City vs. Country. TV3 Lithuania (currently on air), Polsat of Poland and Starlight Media of Ukraine have commissioned a local version of the format. The deals were brokered by Senior Sales Consultant Marta Csizmadia, who is responsible for CEE sales at Rabbit Films.

City vs. Country is a primetime feel-good quiz show for the whole family. In the show two hosts take the teams through three rounds of the game to see which side dominates: city or country? What do snobby city folk know about the reality of living in the country? And do the country bumpkins have any idea what it takes to survive city life? It’s a warm-hearted competition with bucket loads of tension!

The original version of City vs Country is produced by Rabbit Films, with season 7 currently airing on commercial broadcaster MTV3 in Finland. The format was also previously adapted by TV2 in Hungary.
