Paradis City, based on the bestseller by Jens Lapidus, launches today, March 7, globally on the Prime Video streaming service. The spectacular and thrilling series is a collaboration between the Swedish Strive Stories and Paprika Studios as co-production partner.

Paprika Studios Lithuania was responsible for everything from production management to providing locations, sets, costumes, props, equipment and filming equipment for the Lithuanian and Swedish locations.

The 6-part series is set in Sweden in the not-too-distant future, where prison-like walls separate privileged citizens from dangerous zones governed by special laws. When the Minister of the Interior gives a speech in the largest and most dangerous sealed-off zone, known as Paradis City, she is kidnapped by masked men and the security services blackmail a former MMA fighter sentenced to life imprisonment into going to Paradis City to find the Minister of the Interior - if he ever wants to see his daughter again...
