The Heart of Europe International Television Festival & Forum has announced the jury for the Fiction Series competition ahead of its sixth edition, taking place in Warsaw from October 27 to 30, 2026.

The five-member jury brings together television professionals from across Central and Eastern Europe and will evaluate the competing finished fiction series and select the winner in the category.

The jury will be chaired by Dalia Dulskytė from Lithuania. She will be joined by Claudia Duca from Romania, Marko Novakovic from Serbia, Olena Tovstenko from Ukraine and Zane Valeniece from Latvia.

The organizers said the jury members bring different perspectives from across the CEE region and will assess the productions competing in the Fiction Series category.

The sixth edition of Heart of Europe is organized by Polish Television (TVP) and will bring together public broadcasters, producers, creators and other television professionals from Central and Eastern Europe.

The festival competition covers six categories: Fiction Film, Fiction Series, Documentary Film, Short Documentary, Digital and Entertainment, and Children & Youth. Entries are submitted by public broadcasters from Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Georgia.

All competition entries are evaluated by international juries made up of representatives and professionals from public-service broadcasting.

Alongside the competition, the Heart of Europe Forum will provide a platform for new projects in Fiction Film, Fiction Series, Documentary and Performing Arts. The Forum is designed to support project development, pitching, co-production opportunities, and creative exchange among professionals from the region.

The 2026 festival will take place in Warsaw from October 27 to 30, bringing together the region's public-service media community and showcasing recent television productions from Central and Eastern Europe.
