CEEHeart of Europe announces Digital & Entertainment and Children & Youth juries
The Heart of Europe Festival & Forum has announced the jury members who will evaluate productions competing in its Digital & Entertainment and Children & Youth categories at this year’s event in Warsaw.
The Digital & Entertainment jury brings together five professionals from across Central and Eastern Europe. Adam Balažovic of the Czech Republic will serve as chair, joined by Aimee d'Albon from Romania, Mateja Leban from Slovenia, Urszula Suszko from Poland and Oleksandra Zakharchenko from Ukraine. The jury will assess innovative digital and entertainment productions from across the region, with members contributing expertise and perspectives from five different national markets. Their task will be to select the production that best captures the spirit of contemporary digital and entertainment content. The festival has also revealed a six-member jury for the Children & Youth category. The panel includes Elizabete Caune from Latvia, Yuliia Dychuk from Ukraine, Mateja Leban from Slovenia, Artur Markiewicz from Poland, Erik Muller from Hungary and Elena Știrbescu from Romania. Representing six different countries, the Children & Youth jury will evaluate productions aimed at younger audiences, focusing on content that demonstrates creativity and the ability to engage and inspire young viewers while reflecting different cultural perspectives. Both juries will be part of the Heart of Europe Festival & Forum, taking place in Warsaw from October 27–30, 2026. The festival brings together the television, digital and entertainment industries from across the region, with its competition recognizing productions and creative achievements across multiple categories.
