International media company Viasat World today announces that it has inked a deal with Metro Goldwyn Mayer (MGM) to make Vip Premiere, its top movies and series focused channel proposition in Russia, home to a raft of current film features and television series titles. Encompassing 12 current films and 20 library titles, as well as current television series, the agreement demonstrates Viasat World’s ongoing commitment to curating world-class content for its portfolio of trusted brands and securing a first look at the very best titles for
audiences in its key territories. The deal includes the recently released Tomb Raider and Death Wish, as well as the upcoming reimagining of the 1980s comedy Overboard.
