Twofour sells over 115 hours of factual and factual entertainment shows across CEE
Twofour Group’s factual and factual entertainment brands have been snapped up by key broadcasters around Central and Eastern Europe.
Kate Humble Living With Nomads, Feeding The Super Rich have sold to AMC Networks International - Central and Northern Europe, whose high-volume acquisition for its factual channel Spektrum, also includes all series (1-4) of global best seller Impossible Engineering and two seasons of its spin-off, Impossible Railways. Sales for the science and history brand which recently concluded its latest seasons on Discovery Science (US) and UKTV, have now reached more than 120 territories worldwide. Digital Media and Communication’s channels TV4 and Story4 has bought a package of Twofour Group’s Extreme Cake Makers and Twofour’s long running series, The Hotel Inspector (plus revisits). Celebrating its 15th season with Alex Polizzi at the helm, the most recent series improved slot average rating on the channels. Meanwhile in Poland, BBC Studios will also air Impossible Engineering and Railways, as well as business time travel series Give It A Year and Sinkholes, across its channels for Central and Eastern Europe. Kaia Roemer will represent Twofour Rights’ latest unscripted catalogue for these territories at the upcoming NATPE Budapest market (Stand MT21) with titles including brand-new cooking competition format Beat The Chef, factual- based format Secret Teacher, Immigration Lawyers, plus news seasons and spin-offs of Impossible and Extreme Cake Makers brands.
